This collage painting has a delicacy that reminds me to tread lightly on the earth: preserve the beauty, care for the water, trees, plants and creatures too. It was created with torn paintings repurposed into collage pieces that were integrated into an acrylic painting. Charcoal and pastel were used to highlight areas. It is 30×22 on heavy watercolor paper, float mounted in a natural wooden frame. Framed size is 34x26x2.
This painting is available through the West Coast Biennial exhibition at Turtle Bay in Redding, CA.
