This mixed media painting was inspired by a rafting trip down the Grand Canyon, where we stopped to see small caves carved into the stone walls for storage by the indiginous people of the area. The marbel, the small square storage caves, the season, all conspired when I created the name of the painting: Etched in Autumn. This piece will be showing at Taylor Blue Interior Design through April, 2024.
